Showcase items labeled SAMPLE or capability demo (including fictional businesses such as Northtex Comfort Co.) are not real client projects. They show style and scope only. Do not treat them as testimonials or case studies.

Services and pricing

Published package prices (for example the lead website package at $697 one-time plus $35/mo hosting) are current offers for typical scope in the DFW area and may change. Custom and premium work is quoted case by case. A binding price and deliverables apply only when we confirm them with you in writing (email is fine).

Client projects - ownership and hosting

Unless we agree otherwise in writing: after full payment for a website build, you own the site content and design deliverables we created for you. We retain ownership of our internal tools, templates, and Foundry brand assets. If you use our $35/mo hosting, we keep the site online and handle light upkeep; you can request a copy of site files if you move hosting later. Domain names you purchase remain yours.

Payments

Payment terms are stated on your quote or invoice. Work may pause if invoices go unpaid. Hosting is billed monthly and can be canceled with notice; we will provide a reasonable window to export or move the site.

No guarantees we cannot keep

We build clear, mobile-friendly sites and apply basic SEO best practices. We do not guarantee search rankings, lead volume, or sales results - those depend on your market, offers, and follow-up.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent allowed by Texas law, Foundry Web Co. is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of this website or from project delays outside our control (for example third-party hosting outages or delayed client feedback). Our total liability for a paid project is limited to the fees you paid us for that project in the prior twelve months.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Venue for disputes is Tarrant County, Texas, unless we both agree otherwise.

We may update these terms. The "Last updated" date will change when we do. For active client work, material changes to service terms will be communicated to you.
