What this site collects

This website is a static marketing site. We do not run a member login, shopping cart, or account system on getfoundryweb.com.

Contact form / email. If you use the contact form or email us, your message opens in your own email client (mailto) or reaches [email protected]. We receive whatever you choose to send - typically your name, business name, and message. We use that only to respond to your inquiry and related project work.

Phone. If you call us, we may keep notes needed to serve you. We do not sell phone numbers.

Analytics and tracking

We do not currently use third-party analytics tools (such as Google Analytics), advertising pixels, or session-recording scripts on this site. Our web host (Cloudflare Pages) may keep standard server and security logs - for example request times, IP addresses, and user-agent strings - to operate the network and protect against abuse. We do not use those logs to build marketing profiles.

Cookies

This site does not set its own tracking cookies. Cloudflare may set cookies needed for security or network performance. Your browser may also store preferences locally if you use built-in features; we do not control that.

How we use information

Contact details you send are used to reply, quote, deliver website work, and handle billing or hosting when you become a client. We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information.

Sharing

We may share information only when needed to run the business - for example with a payment processor, domain/hosting provider, or if required by law. Client project files stay under our care unless you ask us to hand them off.

Retention

Inquiry emails and project records are kept as long as useful for the relationship or for ordinary business/tax records, then deleted or archived in the normal course of work.

Your choices

You can email us to ask what contact information we hold about you from inquiries, or to request that we stop emailing you about a closed inquiry. We will respond within a reasonable time.

Children

This site is aimed at business owners and is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

Changes

We may update this policy as the business grows (for example if we add analytics later). The "Last updated" date at the top will change when we do. Continued use of the site after an update means you accept the revised policy.
