What this site collects

This website is a static marketing site. We do not run a member login, shopping cart, or account system on getfoundryweb.com. Today, contact from this site works by email (mailto) and phone only; no form on this site stores your information. We will update this policy before any forms collect information on this site.

Contact form / email. If you use the contact form or email us, your message opens in your own email client (mailto) or reaches [email protected]. We receive whatever you choose to send — typically your name, business name, and message. We use that only to respond to your inquiry and related project work.

Phone and text. If you call or text us, we may keep notes needed to respond and serve you. See “Calls and text messages” below.

Email marketing

We may email businesses about our website services. Every marketing email includes our postal address (1601 E Lamar Blvd. Suite 214 PMB 1007, Arlington, TX 76011) and a way to opt out: reply STOP or ask to be removed. We honor opt-outs promptly. Opted-out addresses are kept on a permanent suppression list so we do not email them again.

Calls and text messages

Foundry Web Co. does not send automated or marketing text messages. If you call or text us at (817) 823-7739, we use your phone number and message only to respond to you, and we may reply to you one-to-one. We do not sell or share your phone number or messages. We keep call and text records for 90 days and then delete them. Ask us anytime to stop contacting you by text, and we will.

Payments

Client payments are processed by Stripe. We never see or store full card numbers on our systems; Stripe handles card data under its own privacy policy.

Analytics and tracking

We do not currently use third-party analytics tools (such as Google Analytics), advertising pixels, or session-recording scripts on this site. Our web host (Cloudflare Pages) may keep standard server and security logs — for example request times, IP addresses, and user-agent strings — to operate the network and protect against abuse. We do not use those logs to build marketing profiles.

Cookies

This site does not set its own tracking cookies. Cloudflare may set cookies needed for security or network performance. Your browser may also store preferences locally if you use built-in features; we do not control that.

How we use information

Contact details you send are used to reply, quote, deliver website work, and handle billing or hosting when you become a client. We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information.

Sharing

We may share information only when needed to run the business — for example with our payment processor (Stripe), our hosting provider (Cloudflare), a domain provider, or if required by law. We do not sell or share phone numbers or text messages. Client project files stay under our care unless you ask us to hand them off.

Retention

• Inquiries (email, call and text): 90 days, then deleted.
• Client and billing records: as long as required for tax and accounting records.
• Email and text opt-out (suppression) lists: kept permanently so we can keep honoring your opt-out.

Your choices

You can email us to ask what contact information we hold about you from inquiries, or to request that we stop emailing you about a closed inquiry. We will respond within a reasonable time.

Children

This site is aimed at business owners and is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

Changes

We may update this policy as the business grows (for example if we add analytics later). We will post changes here with a new “Last updated” date at the top.
